About us
“Why We Exist”
We are a CQC registered home care provider dedicated to delivering safe, high-
quality and compassionate care in people’s own homes.
Our service was founded from personal experience. When our mother needed
dementia care, we saw first-hand that the care she received did not always reflect
her culture, her life story or the love and dignity she deserved. This experience
showed us that care can and should be better.
We created our service to provide something different — care that feels like family
combining professional standards with genuine human warmth. We believe every person deserves to be treated as an individual, not a task.
We treat every home as if it were our own. Our approach is centred on understanding each
client’s background, cultural preferences, beliefs and experiences so that care feels
familiar, respectful and reassuring.
Our carers are carefully selected, hold up to date DBS checks, trained and supported to deliver care with kindness, patience and professionalism. We aim to build trusting relationships with
both clients and their families, offering peace of mind and continuity of care.
For your peace of mind, we are also fully insured, ensuring the highest standards of safety and trust in everything we do. We provide compassionate, person-centred care to adults aged 18-65 and 65+, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, or those who need extra support due to a recognised limitation or change in their health and wellbeing.
Above all, we care for our clients as we would care for our own parents — with
dignity, respect and compassion.

Free training for our staff
We offer free training to all our staff. Those we are recruiting as carers must have undergone mandatory training modules necessary for employment as a carer. If you have this training then, we will need to see your training certificates. If you have not had the training, we will train you. A certificate will be issued to us upon completion of each training module.
